Resolved Question: I am a Perm. Resident of Canada. Can I Incorporate in US, and do IT project work in US/Can, file taxes in US?

I am a citizen of India, permanent Resident of Canada. I am thinking of Incorporating in New Hampshire. First of all, can I, being a non-citizen of Canada? Also, would I need to file for a green card, before I become eligible to incorporate in NH? If I can, can I file taxes there and probably buy a house there too? Bottomline, I am looking to pay the least amount of taxes, and still retain my flexibility to travel/work across US/Canada. Can someone shed some light please? Any alternate suggestions?...
